The Challenger,
Inspirational Leader,
and philanthropist

I live for bold challenges and big impact. From athletics to federal innovation, I make decisions by one rule: “Anything you do in life either needs to be fun or help you achieve your goals.” This drives my passion for business, philanthropy, and a life of purpose.

The Challenger

Transforming Government, One Call at a Time

As Vice President of Digital Sales at TTEC, I modernize how citizens connect with their government. I’ve led initiatives to enhance contact centers for agencies like USCIS, ensuring millions receive service with dignity and efficiency.

My journey in federal customer experience runs deep. At Genesys, I helped GSA develop the strategic framework for the White House’s “Contact Center of the Future” initiative—work that established GSA’s Contact Center, Center of Excellence. That expertise came full circle when I later won that very contract at TTEC, proving the value of understanding both vision and execution.

I joined AWS just two weeks before COVID hit, becoming the Partner Success Manager for Accenture when states desperately needed to pivot. I helped deploy cloud solutions that kept essential services online during the crisis, ensuring citizens could access vital support when they needed it most.

As an ACT-IAC Voyager Fellow—selected as one of only 30 leaders annually for a 9-month program bridging government and industry to solve today’s technology challenges—I bring unique insight to public-private partnerships. My expertise in federal customer experience and AI implementation has been featured in Federal News Network, where I share practical strategies for government agencies to improve citizen services through smart technology deployment. In this ever-evolving technology landscape, I find passion in bridging the gaps between what’s possible and what’s needed.

The Inspirational Leader

Built on Grit

Raised by business-minded and entrepreneurial parents, I learned to pursue bold visions with relentless drive. Competitive athletics—tennis (top 30 Mid-Atlantic), crew, and a decade-long bodybuilding journey to compete, honing discipline that fuels my leadership—taught me discipline. My tennis coach’s advice, “Control what you can—your effort, your preparation,” shapes every challenge, from federal contracts to service. In college, a NASCAR marketing class sparked my passion for bold pursuits, teaching me to pivot with courage when opportunities didn’t align—a lesson I apply to federal innovation. My first telecom role taught me persistence, like building trust with Tootsie Roll’s receptionist over months to land a sale—and a box of candy—a win for persistence and connection. This grit, fueled by purpose, drives my federal technology career and humanitarian work, turning ambitious goals into reality with focus and heart.

The Philanthropist

Leading with Heart

Beyond transforming systems, I’m driven to uplift lives through service. Crowned the first Miss DC for America 2019, I launched Inspiration Across Nations to spark volunteerism, raising significant funds and blogging about charities, with plans to revive the site. In over 70 appearances, I forged connections, like hosting a St. Jude Children’s fashion show, then crafting sashes with kids at the hospital, creating moments of joy and hope. I ran the Marine Corps 10K, raising funds for the Semper Fi organization to support military families, blending grit and giving. I advocated to Congress for PCOS research, impacting millions of women, earning the PCOS Challenge Agent of Change Philanthropy Award. At Miss for America, I won the Publication Award, showcasing my sponsors’ support. These efforts taught me resilience and the power of collective good. As a leader in historic chivalric orders, I champion military chaplaincy and humanitarian causes.

My Purpose

My calling is to inspire and uplift through human connection, weaving innovation with compassion. Raised with values of family first and gratitude, I learned that privilege demands responsibility. This fuels my drive to transform lives, whether pioneering technology to enhance government services, championing causes through historic orders, or inspiring others to find purpose. My work ensures citizens—families, veterans, entrepreneurs—receive dignified, timely support, while my service with the Order of St. Lazarus and St. Michael of the Wing uplifts communities. I thrive on hearing people’s stories, crafting solutions that honor their needs. My vision is a world where technology reflects care, every interaction embodies dignity, and each person feels empowered to make a difference.
